Here are three things I do every single day to help keep the fat off!
1. Drink 24 oz of water as soon as you wake up!
- cleanse your system of the bs and give your metabolism a kick start in the morning!
2. Drink a low carb, high protein shake as soon as you wake up.
- kick your metabolism into overdrive as soon as you wake up! The longer you’re metabolism is turned on the more fat you can burn through out the day!
3. Eat your HEALTHY fats in the morning or before/after your workout.
- This is crucial! Your body needs fat to burn fat. If you don’t give yourself the proper fats in the morning you’re body can’t get rid of the bad fats throughout the day!
